Usually we work demand-driven. This was an example of a supply-driven success. We were offered these paper cups and investigated if there was a need (demand) for them. As it turned out there is a great need for paper cups at refugee centres that do not always have dishwashing facilities. Paper cups are used for preparing ready made noodles, and for soups and hot drinks. It’s great to be agile!
